Free Standard Delivery on all UK orders when you spend over £50.

All UK shipments are dispatched via:

  • Royal Mail 3-7 working days: £1.99
  • Royal Mail Express 3-4 Working Days: £9.99

If ordered before 1PM Monday – Friday, your items will be delivered 3-7 working days from shipping confirmation.

Once you item has been shipped you will receive an email shipping confirmation.

If ordered before 1PM Monday – Friday, your items will be delivered 3-5 working days from shipping confirmation.

Working days are defined as Monday to Friday and exclude Bank Holidays and weekends.

All orders placed over the UK Bank Holiday will not be processed until the next working day. If you place your order after 12pm on the Friday or over the Bank Holiday weekend this will not be processed until the Tuesday.

Backorders

If an item is marked as ‘On Backorder’ when you place the order there will be a short delay in despatch of 5-7 days whilst we await new stock to arrive.

Undelivered Parcels

If your parcel is returned back to us as undelivered, your items will be automatically refunded and an email will be sent advising, you will have to place the order again. Your parcel will be held at the post office for 18 days and this is your responsibility to arrange for a re-delivery, please check your tracking at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

European delivery usually takes between 5-7 working days.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.

However delivery charges are only refundable if you have received goods that are faulty and a refund is made.

Underwear or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

Please note personalised items cannot be returned.

Sale Items:

All Items purchased in our sales are not eligible for a refund only exchanged for store credit.

Please note:

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we advise that you send the parcel tracked and signed, using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

Please include whether you want an exchange/refund in your parcel.

If the item you receive is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for your return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
